No More communication in North Korea & South Korea

North Korea has said it is cutting off all communications with South Korea, including a hotline between the two countries' leaders, calling South Korea an enemy and saying it is on its side. The first operation .No peace agreement has been reached between the two countries since the end of the Korean War in 1953, so technically the two countries are still at war.
